Devon Open Studios 2010

The county's largest open studio event

Devon artists are once again opening their studios to the public during September for this annual feast of art. The event runs from Saturday 4th September to Sunday 19th September this year and showcases some of the best art in Devon. Devon Open Studios is the flagship project of Devon Artist Network and both the open studios event and the network are funded by Devon County Council.

The work is on show at home studios/local venues and represents work from many of the county's leading artists and makers. The artwork is incredibly varied ranging from sculptures to installation art. Many of the participating artists are based in the most rural parts of Devon, so it's a chance to see new parts of the county as well as new art. Regional 'taster' events let you see the work of many of the participating artists in one exhibition to help you plan your route around the studios.
