To Order

To order from Art of the Jurassic Coast is so simple.  Just browse our website and click on the 'Add to Cart' button below any item you wish to buy, and they will be placed in your PayPal Shopping Cart.  You can view the contents of your Shopping Cart at anytime by clicking on the 'View Cart' button.  When viewing your Shopping Cart, you can modify order quantities or, if you have finished shopping, you can 'proceed to checkout' for payment options.  If you have a problem or would prefer to place your order by telephone, please call us on 01297 625946.

Everything you see online, can viewed and purchased direct from the Studio in Seaton, Devon.  We do not operate normal shop hours, as Art of the Jurassic Coast is a home based business, so it is advisable to telephone beforehand to ensure we have what you want and to make sure someone will be here to great you.

Delivery

We aim to pack and despatch your order within 2 working days of receipt and for your order to reach mainland UK customers within 5 working days, over 9O% of the items we sell are made by ourselves, we do keep a reserve stock of finished items, but a large percentage will be made to order, as required.  During busy periods, this can cause slight delays, but we will endeavour to keep you informed of the progress of your order in these cases.

For UK customers the delivery charges are calculated as follows

Additional delivery charges to countries outside the UK will be based on weight of item or items being ordered and value or order being placed, please place your order and we will issue an invoice via PayPal for any additional required delivery charges.  If you decide not to accept these charges you will be issued a full refund for any monies already paid on that order.  If, however, you would like a quotation before placing your order, please email us with the details of your order and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.

Back Orders

If any of the items ordered are not immediately available for dispatch, we will back order for you.  You will always be notified by email with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns

We have every confidence in our products: however, if you are in anyway dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund or replacement.  The goods must be in their original condition.  Returns may be made by post (at the buyer's expense) or in person at our Studio in Seaton, Devon.  We regret that postage can only be refunded if the item is faulty.  In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will be happy to replace them.

Cancellation

Once payment has been confirmed and your order dispatched we are unable to cancel an order.  If you are unhappy with the goods once they have been received, please follow the returns procedure above.

Art of the Jurassic Coast take you security very seriously and have therefore implemented online payments through PayPal, an industry leader with a strong reputation regarding security.  PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available)

Privacy Policy

We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order.  We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party.  We will not trade, resell, sell or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.  PayPal's security measures encrypt information while it is being transmitted across the internet so that unauthorised people cannot read it.

Small Print

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Every effort has been made to ensure description, photographic reproduction and specifications of products are correct at time of this websites creation.  However, due to the hand finished nature of all our items, slight variations may occur between actual goods and those pictured; total uniformity cannot be guaranteed.  We reserve the right to change the specifications of products without prior notice.

The title of goods passes to the customer at the time of payment.  Until such time, we retain the full legal and equitable title to the goods.

Art of the Jurassic Coast, under no circumstances, accepts liability for losses special to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or loss of profit, damage to property or wasted expenditure.
